Hi Friends!

Saturday is our Cave Sound Healing Event! I am so thrilled we are going to experience the Sound Bowls in-person at the caverns together! Below I've gathered some helpful details for you.

Date: Saturday, April 30th

Doors Open: 5:00pm

Cave Descent Start Time: 5:30pm (sharp!)

Location: Longhorn Cavern State Park

6211 Park Road 4 S Burnet, TX 78611

Arrival:

Doors to the Info Center will open for guests at 5pm. I will meet everyone in this building to check-in.
Our Guide Brian will begin the required safety rules and the descent promptly at 5:30pm so be sure you arrive early.
When you arrive, you will check in with me, use the restrooms and see the gift shop area with your guide and fellow guests. We will not delay our start time so if you arrive late you will not be able to join the event. Please Don't be late!
The gift shop offers non-alcoholic drinks and snacks for purchase, Feel free to bring your own snacks & bottled water.

Note: A small serving of ceremonial cacao (with plant-based milk) will be served during this event.

Restrooms (IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ):

There are restrooms located ONLY at the Information Center and Gift Shop BEFORE you begin the descent into the cave. It is HIGHLY recommended that you make a pit-stop there before meeting with your guide. There are ZERO restrooms in the cave, and no extra guides to take anybody back up if they need to go after the event begins. (Please go before we head down!!!) The event will be approx. 90 minutes.

COVID-19 Safety:

As a reminder, we will follow all recommended COVID-19 safety and prevention guidelines to maintain the safety of everyone involved, so practice safe social distancing between parties and use facial coverings when not within safe distance or entering any building.

Guidelines:

Guests must adhere to Longhorn Cavern State Park Rules and Guidelines posted upon entrance and from cave guides.
Social Distancing Guidelines will be followed as per the CDC and as mandated by the city/county.
Practice safe Hygiene by disposing of trash in designated containers and by washing/sanitizing your hands frequently.
No pets allowed.
*Any violation of rules will result in one warning and further violations can result in escorting from the property immediately without refund.

Recommended Supplies:

Comfortable walking shoes
Warm outerwear and/or layered clothing (inside the cave remains at 68F year-round)
Yoga Mat & Blanket (or a zero gravity lawn chair!)
Bottled water
A personal item or crystal to charge on the altar (if desired)
Flashlight or Phone Flashlight (The parking lot is dark when we come out!)
