Cacao + Sound: Letting Go

October's Cacao + Sound is an evening dedicated to Letting Go.

We'll begin together over ceremonial cacao, with time to settle in and set a simple intention for the evening. Then you'll get comfortable for a guided restorative practice and immersive sound bath.

There is nothing you need to accomplish here. This is simply an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and perhaps make a little room for whatever comes next.

No prior experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing and come ready to rest.

Mats and props are provided, though you're always welcome to bring your favorite blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you get cozy.
