Cacao + Sound: Rest & Restore

December can be a lot.

This evening is intentionally not.

Join us for ceremonial cacao followed by guided rest and an immersive sound bath designed to give your nervous system a little room to soften.

Our December theme is Rest & Restore—a chance to step away from the lists, plans, shopping, obligations, and noise for a while and simply receive.

No meditation or sound bath experience is necessary. Wear something comfortable and come as you are.

Mats and props are provided. You're also welcome to bring your favorite blanket, pillow, cozy socks, or anything else that makes resting feel especially good.
