Casa de Luz - Cosmic Alchemy Sound Bowl Activation (Donation-Based)

Welcome!   This is a donation-based event!

Join us at Casa de Luz in the El Santuario Yoga Auditorium - for a deeply nourishing and relaxing 75-minute Sound Bath with the Alchemy Bowls! This will be a purely-sound based practice with no guided meditation.  We will turn down the lights and use the galaxy projector as ambient lighting.

For years I felt anxious, overwhelmed by life, and struggled to find a sense of self-acceptance and inner peace.

When I began listening to binaural sounds and later discovered sound bowls, everything began to shift. I felt so spacious and calm, and like anything was possible. I found answers in the beautiful stillness, and a new sense of inner peace. My life began to shift on every level. 

Looking back, I could never have imagined the unforeseen gifts that sound healing would bring into my life and the lives of others around me. My heart feels expansive with gratitude. Sound truly goes where no other medicine can. 

A sound bath has the power to remind you of your heartfelt desires, and bring you home to your truest self and a sense of inner peace.
