Longhorn Cavern is a beautiful underground wonder, located 1-hr outside of Austin, which was created by the dissolving and cutting action of an ancient river. It is rich with history and incredible geological wonders to behold. The staff has been awesome in helping to coordinate exclusive access to the ancient Native Council Room for this special in-person event.

Based on ancient healing techniques, vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha theta brain wave frequencies, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and promotes a sense of ease and inner peace. In addition to relief from chronic pain and migraine benefits of a Sound Bath include improved sleep, reduction of stress, and anxiety, as well as renewed sense of well-being, calm, and happiness.

Meet Promptly at 5:30.  Please be mindful to use restrooms before you gather at the front check-in counter with your guide for the descent into the caverns for the event. (Event is approx. 90 mins)

This will be a walk down approx. 50 steps and then a short walk into the Native Ceremony Room of the caverns.

What you will need for this experience:

1. A yoga mat and blanket for comfort (we will be on the ground)

2. Walking Shoes

3. Bottled Water

4. Personal object for a small charging altar (if desired)
