Sound Activation at Boggy Creek Farm

Join Me on the grounds of the Historical Boggy Creek Farm for Sound Activation and Nature-Healing! 

The land at Boggy Creek Farm has been treated with such loving care and respect for many generations! With mindful growing techniques for their many crops of fruits and veggies, the energy of the land "paying it forward" here is palpable. 

Open Saturdays from 8:00a-1:00p, the gorgeous farm stand veggies (along with stunning flower bouquets, dairy, meats, breads, and more!) will be available before and after this Sound Event!

We will meet behind the Farm Stand on the grounds at 10:00a for a Channeled Reading for the Collective from Meg, followed by a short guided meditation with sound leading into a purely sound-based restorative experience.

You will be invited to lay back, and rest in the plush grass as the sound frequencies activate and harmonize the resonance of particles and cells in your body and mind. These sound vibrations can quickly ease us into relaxed brainwave states such as Theta and Delta.
