This workshop is to help you feel more supported and confident in meeting and learning new details about your unique guide. Included is a 15-minute opening guided meditation for grounding and centering. Once you are prepared, you will begin for the 30-minute guided "spirit journey" to meet and interact with your unique guide. Also included is a printable worksheet to help you recall and document details after your experience. Enjoy!
