Service Description
Strictly confidential session. Sitting one-on-one together. Navigating mindfully through body sensations, thoughts, belief and emotions that may co-arise for healing, profound self-discovery and clarity. With iRest and Yoga Nidra, we are learning and practicing to build self-regulation. Regulating emotional responses. As we learn more and more through the practice, our nervous system becomes more flexible and balanced. It allows us to find a way to intervene in life before we go into higher orders or stress or burnout. When we do this practice with another person, or in a group or class… we are co-regulating. 1:1 co-meditations allow for this space. Skillfully, mindfully, confidentially held neutral space for allowing and observing. Every time we tap in, it’s a vagal break. Allowing balance to return to nervous system. We can build deeper connection with self and be open more to others and the world around us.
