Sound Bowls create binaural frequencies which can entrain our brain waves into relaxed, blissful states of being. Our thinking-mind is allowed to rest, while the awareness is free to wander into theta wave, dream-land, or what I like to call “The Place”. This is where our immunity proteins boost, cell and tissue repair happens, and the brain lights up for us to find insight, creativity, and clarity.
